ABSTRAK
Program Tekla Structures dan ETABS merupakan dua software berbeda yang dapat bertinteraksi melalui software penghubung Link TS ETABS 2013. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan permodelan struktur Gedung C Condotel Amari Pecatu menggunakan Tekla Structures yang kemudian di ekspor ke ETABS untuk dilakukan analisis desain struktur. Struktur kemudian di impor kembali ke Tekla Structures untuk dibuat pendetailan tulangan, sambungan baja, membuat bill of quantities, time schedule dan shop drawing. Permodelan struktur dapat dilakukan pada Tekla Structures tetapi proses expor model ke ETABS terjadi kekurangan karena tidak dapat mengirimkan pelat beton dan dinding beton, ekspor juga terbatas 5 lantai untuk menghasilkan ekspor yang mengirimkan dengan baik semua definisi setiap elemen struktur. Untuk proses impor model gagal untuk dilakukan karena model yang dikirimkan kembali ke Tekla Structure memiliki ukuran 10x lipat dan definisi dan ukuran elemen struktur tidak muncul kecuali untuk pelat beton dan baja WF. Permodelan detail struktur pada Tekla Structures dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa pengaturan manual untuk menghasilkan detail struktur yang diinginkan terutama dalam sambungan baja. Hasil akhir berupa Bill of Quantities, Time Schedule dan Gambar Struktur dapat dihasilkan dengan program Tekla Structure akan tetapi hasil dari Bill of Quantities dan Time Schedule perlu pengaturan khusus pada saat permodelan untuk hasil yang benar, sementara hasil Gambar juga perlu diatur kembali setelah dihasilkan oleh software seperti pengaturan notasi, dimensi dan skala.
