Sunday September 9, 2012 to Monday, September 10, 2012 – arrival of participants of the championship Monday, September 10, 2012 to Friday September 14, 2012 – training on the racecourse Saturday September 15, 2012 first race of the 59th Coarse Angling Championship 2012 Sunday Septemebr 16, 2012 second race of the 59th Coarse Angling Championship 2012 Competition venue: The championship will take place on the River Morava in Uherké Hradiště, which is the center of the south-east of the Czech Republic. The competition venues of the 59th Coarse Angling Championship 2012 are located along the river running north to south of the city (GPS 49°03'45.75"N 17°25'31.40"E - 49°04'59.92"N 17°29'13.87"E ). All the venues are easily accessible by car with a minimum necessity of walking. The organizers will not allow moving from one part of the venue to another by means other than passenger cars! Within the venue the river has a character of smooth lowland embanked river with a gravel riverbed, 60 m wide, 2.5 to 3 m deep. Supposed flow rate during the champioship is 25 – 39 m3/s.

The most present fishes are: Bream (Abramis brama 0,5-2,5kg); bream ( Blicca bjoerkna 0,1-0,3 kg); roach (Rutilus rutilus 0,2–0,75 kg); barbel (barbus barbus 1-3kg); ( Chondrostoma nasus 0,5–1,2 kg); ( leuciscus cephalus 0,5–2 kg); (Alburnus alburnus 0,05 kg); carp (cyprinus carpio 0,55,5 kg); catfish (siluru glanis 0,5-6,0 kg; and al other fishes of the breams family. BAITS AND GROUNDBAITS For the official training 20 litres of grounbait and 2.5 litres of bait are allowed. 2.5 litres of bait can contain 1 liter, of jokers included maximum 0,5 liter of bloodworms.


HOW TO REACH US Organizing committee recommends travelling to 59th Coarse Angling Championship 2012 by air for delegations outside Europe. The following airports can be used: Departure at Schwechat airport in Vienna (GPS) = 48.119, 16.561 and then continue by car via Vienna , Břeclav , Hodonín, Strážnice a Uherské Hradiště – Studentské náměstí (GPS) = 49.070, 17.472. The distance is approximatelly 140 km. Departure at Bratislava airport (GPS) = 48.169, 17.211 and continue by car on highway D2 via Kúty, Lanžhot, Břeclav, Hodonín, Strážnice a Uherské Hradiště – Studentské nám. (GPS) = 49.070, 17.472. The distance is approximatelly 130 km.


ACCREDITING OF NATIONAL DELEGATIONS Accrediting will take place on Monday, September 10, .2012 from 5pm till 6 pm in the building marked UH 2 about 200 m from Studentského náměstí (GPS) = 49.070, 17.472. All necessary administrative activities will také place here as well. The access to the registration building UH 2 from the parking lot will be distinctly marked by arrows. On registration each delegation has to provide a CD with a recording of their national anthem and also a national flag.

Deleagations of the participating countries will ensure that the amount of 1.320,0 €. (120+1200 €) will be credit to organizer´s bank account. Registration fee includes: nine tickets for the final gala, fishing persmissions, basic insurance for each participant covering possible light injuy or a minor damage caused during his participance at the championship as well as purchase of requisites for teams or athletes. ACCOMODATION: Organizing committee offers the participants and their company accommodation at the Tomáš Baťa Unioversity new dormitory in Uherské Hradiště directly at Studentské square (buildings UH 4and UH 5 (GPS = 49.070, 17.472). You can check the accommodation level at www.eduha.cz.


This form of accmmodation can only be booked through organizing committee of the 59th WC via written request sent together with the application form. The price for the national teams and their company (more than 9 members of the team) is 30,0 € per night. It is possible to book hot breakfasts and suppers for the participants of the championship within a close distance. Quality of the meals was proven by the participants of the 16th European Champisonhip in 2008. To delegations prefering hotel type of accommodation organizing committee recommends to contact the hotels also used by the participants of the 16th European Champisonship. Their list can be found at http://www.mesto-uh.cz. CATERING: The organizing committee offers catering to all the participants of the 59th WC in the dormitory in Studentské square – bulding UH 3 (GPS) = 49.069, 17.471). The price of the breakfast and supper voucher for one prson is 30,0 € a day. It is not possible to purchase only breakfast or only supper. The vouchers will be handed over to national delegations after they are paid for during prezetation of the team. Other intersted persons are advised to handle the issue by means of personal order or through heads of respective delegations. Breakfast will be provided by means of buffet /smorgasbord. Suppers can be chosen out of five different meals and can be ordered one day ahead (vegetarian menu + 5 other meals). It is also possible to prepare meals for the persons on a diet ( all drinks and salads are included in the price). OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMNONY The opening ceremony of the 59th Coarse Angling World Championship 2012 will take place on Thursday, September 13 at 4 pm in Masaryk Square (GPS = 49.068, 17.460) in Uherské Hradiště. After the ceremony the participants will be admitted by the mayor of Uherské Hradiště in the historical building of the Town Hall. Each delegation will send 2 representatives. -


PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY The prize giving ceremony of the the 59th Coarse Angling Championship 2012 will take place on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 6 pm in Masaryk Square with all the delegations and immediately after the ceremony the gala will open in the historical town hall building of Uherské Hradiště OFFICIAL TRAININGS Sectors for training will be drawn omn Monday, September 10, 2012 during presentations of respective national teams. Sectors for the teams which will not manage to get to the spot on time will be drawn by the FIPSed representative or by the representative of the organizer. Accommodation costs for accompanying persons at the dorm of Tomáš Baťa University were, according to the organizersńeeds, determined for 30,0 € for one person a day. Catering (breakfast in the form of buffet and supper a choice of 6 meals – salads and drinks inclusive) for the accompanying persons are 30,0 € for one person a day. Gala ticket price for the accompanying person is 30,0 € per person.
