a. Instalasi Instalasi peralatan dan software dilakukan sesuai dengan standard instalasi manual book dari r pabrikan. Tahap instalasi ini harus didokumentasikan

meliputi foto kegiatan, gambar/diagram

peralatan, instruksi kerja/prosedur, check list, daftar material/sparepart

dan lain-lain.

Setting peralatan dan software harus dilakukan sesuai standard manual book dari pabrikan. Tahap ; setting ini harus didokumentasikan

Setelah peralatan terpasang dan tersetting

sesuai standard, dilakukan testing sesuai standard: i

pengoperasian manual book dari pabrikan. Selama tahap testing ini peralatan harus diuji untuk : semua parameter yang telah ditentukan dalam detail spesifikasi perlatan.

Hasil pengujian harus ~

memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Tahap testing ini harus didolJ.,mentasikan dengan 1 baik meiiputi foto kegiatan, prosedur, check list, sample uji, hasil pengujian, deviasi, error yang muncul, langkah perbaikan dan lain-lain. Kamera thermografi kalibrasi yang dikeluarkan oleh pabrikan.
