ِﺑِﺴۡ ﻢِ ٱ ﱠ ِ ٱﻟﺮﱠ ۡﺣ َٰﻤﻦِ ٱﻟﺮﱠ ﺣِ ﯿﻢ First of all there is no expression most appropriate start this introduction besides gratitude to Allah SWT who has mercy, taufiq and guidance, so on this occasion I can finish the thesis with the title: “Effective Supervision From Teachers’ Perspectives of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) In Kudus” was prepared in order to comply with one holds a postgraduate degree (S.2) at the Department of Islamic Education Management of STAIN Kudus. We do not forget to chant Shalawat and Salam poured to our prophet Muhammad SAW who is chosen and created the most perfect in the universe. Hopefully in the Judgment Day, we get his syafaat. In this thesis the author of many guidance and suggestions from various parties, so this thesis can be realized. So I thanked to: 1. Dr. H. Fathul Mufid, M.S.I. as the chief of the Holy STAIN who have given permission to study so this thesis can be completed. 2. Dr. Adri Efferi, M.
