Abstrak Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aspek paling penting pada industri manufaktur. Perlu adanya sistem Human Resource yang mampu membantu efisiensi dan pengaturan karyawan dengan sistem pengelolaan yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi. TUJUAN penulisan ini adalah merancang implementasi ERP di bidang sumber daya manusia menggunakan HRIS Orange. METODE yang digunakan adalah metodologi ASAP dengan tahapan yang diikuti adalah Project Preparation, Business Blueprint dan Realization. ANALISIS yang dilakukan berdasarkan sistem berjalan perusahaan. HASIL yang dicapai adalah rancangan implementasi dan konfigurasi sistem Orange pada modul Human Resource Base dan Time Attendance. Kata kunci : SDM, ERP, HRBase, Absensi
PENDAHULUAN Bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, sumber daya merupakan salah satu aspek paling penting dalam operasional dan strategis perusahaan. Jumlah tenaga kerja yang terus bertambah akan menjadi tantangan bagi manajemen. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur adalah PT. JIMCO yang merupakan produsen filter dan telah melakukan ekspor ke berbagai negara. Maka diperlukannya sebuah sistem Human Resource yang mampu membantu efisiensi dan pengaturan karyawan dengan sistem pengelolaan yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Dengan HRIS Orange, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengaturan tenaga kerja di perusahaan. Ruang lingkup dalam penulisan ini adalah modul Human Resource Base dan Time Attendance. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah sistem yang dimiliki perusahaan tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Data yang menumpuk dan tidak terkelola dengan baik menyebabkan laporan yang tidak akurat dan memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk membuatnya. Selain itu, sistem berjalan juga rawan kecurangan terutama pada bagian absensi karyawan. Tidak adanya prosedur yang terstandarisasi menyebabkan pelayanan dari bagian Human Resource terhadap karyawan menjadi tidak efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode studi pustaka dan metode wawancara. Metode implementasi yang digunakan adalah metodologi ASAP dengan tahapan yang diikuti adalah Project Preparation, Business Blueprint dan Realization. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah rancangan implementasi dan konfigurasi sistem Orange pada modul Human Resource Base dan Time Attendance.
METODE PENELITIAN Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi pustaka dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada staff HR perusahaan. Selain itu metode yang digunakan adalah penggumpulan data yang dibutuhkan dengan kerja magang pada PT. JIMCO selama tiga bulan. Setelah itu metodologi implementasi yang digunakan adalah metodologi ASAP dengan tahapan yang diikuti adalah Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, dan Realization.
HASIL DAN BAHASAN Perancangan sistem diawali oleh proses dokumentasi sistem berjalan dan kemudian melakukan analisis permasalahan yang terdapat pada sistem berjalan perusahan. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan tersebut, maka akan dirancang proses bisnis yang akan diterapkan bersamaan dengan sistem Orange. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis dan perancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan implementasi dan konfigurasi sistem Orange sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan berdasarkan rancangan yang dibuat sebelumnya.
SIMPULAN DAN SARAN Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan dimana sistem Human Resource pada PT. JIMCO tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan yang terus
berkembang. Dibutuhkan implementasi HRIS Orange yang berfungsi sebagai solusi untuk permasalahan dan kelemahan yang ada pada sistem personalia yang dijalankan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan, maka akan terjadi beberapa perusahaan pada proses bisnis perusahaan dan dibutuhkannya konfigurasi pada sistem Orange untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan.

Abstract Human resource is one of the most important aspect in manufacturing industry. It need a human resource system that can support the efficiency and manage employee with a structured and integrated management system. OBJECTIVE of this paper is designing ERP implementation plan at Human Resource field with HRIS Orange. METHODS that used is ASAP Methodology with phase followed are Project Preparation, Business Blueprint and Realization. ANALYSIS undertaken by company’s running system. INTRODUCTION For company who’s operating in manufacturing field, human resource is one of the most important aspect at company’s operational and strategic planning. Numbers of employee that keep increasing will be a challenge for management. One of the companies is PT. JIMCO that’s producer of filter and have been exporting it to several country. It need a human resource system that can supports efficiency and manage employee with structured and integrated system. With HRIS Orange, it expected to facilitate employee management at company. Scopes of this paper are Human Resource Base module and Time Attendance module. Problem, the company faced is system owned and operated by company can not fulfill the human resource management needs. Accumulated data and not managed well cause report making that’s taking too much time and it’s not accurate as needed. Moreover, legacy system is prone to cheating especially at time attendance. Without standardized procedure, it cause bad service from Human Resource Departement to employee. Research methods used in this paper are literature study and interview. Implemetation method used is ASAP methodology with phases followed are Project Preparation, Business Blueprint and Realization. Research results achived are implementation design and Orange system configuration at Human Resource Module and Time Attendance.
RESEARCH METHODS Research methods that used in this thesis are literature study and interview with Company’s HR staff. Futhermore, collecting needed data with internshio at PT. JIMCO for three months. Implementation methodology used is ASAP Methodology with phases followed are Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, and Realization.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION System designing begins with legacy system documentation and problem analysis found at legacy system. Based on the problem analysis, business process that will be implemented and used are designed. Results achieved from analysis and design are implementation blueprint and system configuration fit company needs based on blueprint that made before.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Based on research conducted can be concluded where reservation systems on Lime Light Family Karaoke & Cafe are not running optimally, where booking can only be done with phone. Needed a website that can support booking process and also accomodate both of customer and company information, and needed an online payment systems that can support reservation system on website, on it applied e – money concept. Based on the research, we can conclude Human Resource system used at PT. JIMCO can’t fulfill the needs of the developing company. HRIS Orange implementation is needed as
a solution to problems and weakness of the legacy system. Based on problem analysis, there will be some changes to the business process and system configuration is needed to fulfill the company’s need.
