Merujuk perihal tersebut pad a pokok surat, dengan hormat saya sampaikan halhal sebagai berikut: 1.
Bapak Gubernur Provinsi OKI Jakarta telah menerima kunjungan kehormatan Outa Besar Belgia, Mr. Patrick Herman, pad a tanggal 13 Juli 2015 di Balai Kota Jakarta.

Oalam kunjungan tersebut dibahas beberapa hal mengenai peluang kerjasama antara Jakarta dengan para Pengusaha asal Belgia dalam bidang pendidikan, kebudayaan, investasi, dll. Selain itu, Oubes Belgia juga menyampaikan brosur mengenai Altissia, yaitu sebuah kursus bahasa asing yang metode pembelajarannya dilakukan secara online Uarak jauh);...---

Altissia menawarkan kerjasama dengan Pemprov. OKI Jakarta melalui beberapa proyek yang kiranya dapat ditindaklanjuti, misalnya pembuatan situs pelatihan bahasa Inggris yang dikoneksikan langsung ke situs Jakarta Smartcity; sistem pelaporan otomatis yang terkoneksi dengan internet dan dapat diaplikasikan pada berbagai jenis proyek yang sedang dilakukan Jakarta, dll (salinan brosur sebagaimana terlampir).

Pihak Altissia bersedia untuk mempresentasikan keunggulan mereka secara. langsung dan mendiskusikan sistem apa saja yang dapat ditawarkan kepada Pemprov OKI Jakarta. Wallangues
Wallangues is an initiative of Wallonia allowing all its 2,5 million residents to train in Dutch, English, French and German easily and for free. With Wallangues, all citizens have the opportunity to learn one or more languages, anywhere and anytime, Moreover, the Wallangues Tour, our on-field strategy to meet actual and possible users (700 sessions organised every year by our dedicated team, strongly boosting the uptake of the audience). One of the strengths of the project is the effective involvement of several organisations, such as vocational training and job-seekers organisations, libraries, etc. Their involvement is translated into the development of specific tools to reach their own target audience. QrulingUa .brussels The city of Brussels offers job seekers an interactive platform for language iearning via the web. Based on the level test, job-seekers can progress at their own pace and receive regular updates. In Brussels, 90% of the unemployed are unilingual, and 85% of the job offers consider speaking several languages is an asset. Brulingua is a great success with the Brussels job seekers, and one of the main aspects of the project is the creation of learning modules dedicated to the different sectors where the job-demand is the strongest. http://www.brulingua.be/en

Our company provides language learning for the participants of the Erasmus+ program. Erasmus+ is the EU's new program for education, training, youth and sports to offer more than 4 million Europeans the opportunity to study, train, gain professional experience or to work as volunteers abroad by 2020. One of the strategic goals of the program is to reinforce the linguistic skills of participants of the mobility program, by testing every participant before departure and upon return and provide them with a dedicated learning platform, in·between. Since October 2014 more than 100,000 students have already used our platform. The implementation of the Erasmus+ Online Linguistic Support (OLS) has been entrusted to the Consortium UCL • Altissia • CLL by the European Commission. INDONESIA Altissia is working hard since last year to add Bahasa Indonesia to its platform. English courses, tests and exercises instructions are translated in Bahasa Indonesia. A dedicated website focused on Indonesian market is almost ready too. The role of English as the language of trade, finance and technology has grown into a development strategy in the 21st century, with the increasing recognition of its importance starting in the early 1990s. The intense globalization and human migration-taking place within the Asia-Pacific Region has highlighted not only an appreciation of the multiple languages and cultures but also the significance of the ability to communicate effectively with people across language barriers. English in this era of globalization will increase the capacity of people to communicate and exchange ideas and goods across borders. The English language skill has become a necessity for establishing linkages with the rest of the world in international trade, economic development and even in the use of new technology. Altissia has developed unique expertise is creating, managing and promoting language learning projects on large scale. Conscious of the problems Jakarta could address with a solution similar to Walangues, we would be grateful if we had the opportunity to present a project mock-up, fully adapted to the specificities of the Region of Jakarta.
