ﺗﺠﺮﻳﺪ إرﺳﺎل أﻣﻴﻦ ) : (2014ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب "اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ وﻣﺴﺘﺠﺪات ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ" اﻟﺬي أﻟﻔﻪ ﺟﻤﺎل ﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ اﻟﺸﺮﻫﺎن إن ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﲝﺚ اﳌﻜﺘﱯ ) .(Library Researchواﳍﺪف ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب "اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ وﻣﺴﺘﺠﺪات ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ" واﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﲨﻊ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت ﰲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ دراﺳﺔ اﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ ,وأﻣﺎ ﻣﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﲢﻠﻴﻞ اﶈﺘﻮي ) Conten .(Analisisوﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻗﺴﻤﻨﺎﻩ إﱃ ﲬﺴﺔ ﻓﺼﻮل ﺟﺎءت ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ: اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻷول ﺗﻨﺎول أﺳﺎﺳﻴﺎت اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ،ﴰﻠﺖ ﺧﻠﻔﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ وﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟﻚ ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﻨﺎ ﺗﻮﺿﻴﺢ اﻹﺻﻄﻼﺣﺎت اﳌﺸﻜﻼت وأﺧﲑا اﺧﺘﺘﻢ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺑﺄﻫﺪاف اﻟﺒﺤﺚ وﻓﻮاﺋﺪﻫﺎ .واﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻟﺜﺎﱐ ﻗﺴﻤﻪ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ إﱃ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ،ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﻨﺎ ﰲ اﳌﺒﺤﺚ اﻷول ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺎت ﺗﻘﻮﱘ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ،وﺗﻨﺎوﻟﻨﺎ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم اﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ وأﺧﺬﻧﺎ ﺑﻌﺾ أراء اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﰲ ﻫﺬا اﳌﻔﻬﻮم ،ﰒ ﺗﻜﻠﻤﻨﺎ ﻋﻦ أﻫﺪاف اﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ وأﺳﺴﻪ وأﻧﻮاﻋﻪ وﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟﻚ ﲢﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺧﻄﻮات اﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ وﳎﺎﻻﺗﻪ ﰒ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﲑ اﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ .وﰲ اﳌﺒﺤﺚ اﻟﺜﺎﱐ ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﻨﺎ اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ وﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﺎأﻟﺘﻘﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻘﻮﱘ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب أو اﳌﻨﻬﺞ و ﰲ ﻣﺒﺤﺚ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ ﲢﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻰ ﻳﻌﲏ ﺧﻄﻮات ﻟﺘﻘﻮم ﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ. أﻣﺎ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ ﲢﺪث اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻋﻦ ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻢ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ وﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﺒﺤﺚ اﻷﺳﺎس واﻹﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﰒ ﲢﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﲨﻊ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت وأﺳﻠﻮب ﲢﻠﻴﻠﻬﺎ ،وﰲ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻟﺮاﺑﻊ واﺻﻞ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ اﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻘﻮﱘ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب وﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ وﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ اﻟﺬي أﻟﻔﻪ ﲨﺎل ﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ اﻟﺸﺮﻫﺎن ،وﺗﻨﺎول اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ اﻟﻘﻀﺎﻳﺎ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ: ﳏﺘﻮى اﻟﻜﺘﺎب ﻳﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺸﺮﻫﺎنوﺗﻔﺴﲑ اﻟﺸﺮﻫﺎن أﻳﺔ اﻟﻘﺮأﻧﻴﺔ وﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮات ﺟﺪﻳﺪة ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ -اﳍﺪف ﻣﻦ ﺗﺄﻟﻴﻒ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب
ﻣﺆﻟﻒ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب وﻋﻨﻮان اﻟﻜﺘﺎبﰲ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﳋﺎﻣﺲ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻋﺒﺎرة ﻋﻦ اﳋﺎﲤﺔ ،ﺗﻨﺎول ﻓﻴﻪ اﳋﻼﺻﺔ واﳌﻘﱰﺣﺎت. وﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟﻚ اﳌﺮاﺟﻊ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ وﻋﺪة اﳌﻼﺣﻖ.

: Evaluasi Buku “Media Pembelajaran dan pembeharuan Teknologi Pembelajaran” yang di susun Jamal Bin Abdul Aziz As- Sarhan
Penelitian ini merupakan penilian (Library Research) dan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi buku“Wasail Ta’limiyah Wa Mustajidatu Teknologia Ta’lim” yang di susun oleh Jamal Bin Abdul Aziz As-Sarhan, dan metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik analisanya teknik Konten Analisis, dan penelitian ini terdiri dari lima bab sebagaimana berikut : Bab satu menjelaskan tentang strategi penulisan yang meliputi latar belakang yang terdiri dari penegasan istilah, permasalahan dan di tutup dengan tujuan penelitian dan manfaat penelitian. Dan pada bab dua terdiri dari tiga bahasan yaitu pada bahasan pertama adalah tentang teori tentang evaluasi bukuyang di dalamnya membahas tentang evaluasi, tujuan evaluasi, asas, dan macam-macamnya. Dan pada pembehasan ke dua membahas tentang penelitian yang relevan dan pada bahasan ke tiga membahas tentang konsep operasional. Adapun pada bab tiga berbicara tentang desain penelitian, sumber primer dan pendukung dan kemudian metode pengumpulan data dan analisanya, sedangkan pada bab empat membahas tentang hasil penelitian dari evaluasi buku “Wasail Ta’limiyah Wa Mustajidatu Teknologia Ta’lim” yang terdiri dari : - Isi buku yang meliputi konsep media pembelajaran, tafsir ayat yang berhubungan dengan media pembelajaran dan perkembangan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. - Tujuan penyusunan buku - Pengarang buku - Dan judul buku Dan pada bab lima penutup yang meliputi kesimpulan dan saran-sarang, dan kemudian referensi penulisan serta beberapa lampiran.

:The evaluation of book “Media of Learning and Teknologi” in authoring Jamal bin Aziz as-Surhan
This research is assessment library. There is aim even this research is subject to be know how learning media terminologicals Jamal Bin Abdul Aziz Sarhan's Usa, technology what does constitute learning media, and what its reason in clasify learning media and its relevance with arabic learning. Methodic observational data analysis in observational it is by use of content analiysis, Data collecting method by use of method documentations, and analysis’s tech data by use of content analysis by Descriptive Analytic. It consists of five chapters : first of which presents the methodological basis of the study which consists of preface, the title and problems of study, its hypothesis, its significance, its objectives, its method and scope, and terminologies it uses. The second chapter consists of two units, first of which presents the review of related studies that evaluated. The second unit deals with the theories of book evaluations, the definition of evaluations according to the experts, the objectives of evaluation, its principles, its process, its scope and standards. The third chapter deals with design research, rsources and tecnique collegting and analysis, and chapter four with stressing on following points: The content of “Wasail Ta’limiyah Wa Mustajidatu Teknologia Ta’lim” The point of content Its author Its title The fifth chapter is the conclusion that presents the main results of study, recommendations, proposals, references and indexes.
اﻟﺸﻜﺮ واﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﺮ ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﲪﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ اﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ اﻟﺬى ﺟﻌﻞ اﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ أﻓﻀﻞ اﻟﻠﻐﺎت وأﻧﺰل اﷲ ﻗﺮآﻧﺎ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﺎ ﻟﻌﻠﻨﺎ ﻣﻦ اﳌﺘﻌﺎﻗﻠﲔ. واﻟﺼﻼة واﻟﺴﻼم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺻﻞ اﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ وﻋﻠﻰ آﻟﻪ وأﺻﺤﺎﺑﻪ أﲨﻌﲔ. ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺮﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺷﺮط ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﺮوط ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻬﺎدة اﳌﺆﻫﻞ ﰲ اﻟﻄﺒﻘﺔ اﳌﺎﺟﺴﺘﲑ ﰲ ﻗﺴﻢ ﺗﺪرﻳﺲ اﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻛﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ ﲜﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺳﻠﻄﺎن ﺷﺮﻳﻒ ﻗﺎﺳﻢ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ اﳊﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ رﻳﺎو ﲢﺖ اﳌﻮﺿﻮع "ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب "اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ وﻣﺴﺘﺠﺪات ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ" اﻟﺬي أﻟﻔﻪ ﺟﻤﺎل ﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ اﻟﺸﺮﻫﺎن".
