Terms & Conditions KMF (KEPENCET MUSIC FESTIVAL 2017) • You have to be above 18 to enter festival area. Anda harus berumur 18 ke atas untuk memasuki area festival. • You have to be above 21 years old to purchase or consume alcohol in the festival. Pembelian & konsumsi alcohol hanya untuk yang berumur 21 ke atas. • All customers must exchange their e-vouchers to wristbands before entering the event. Pengunjung harus menukar e-voucher sebelum memasuki area festival. • Do not lose your wristband/tickets! There is no refund. You will need to have the wristband on at all times. Jangan menghilangkan wristband anda karena tidak ada refund. Anda wajib mengenakan wristband setiap saat anda berada di area festival. • Always bring your valid id while in the event. Selalu bawalah identifikasi anda di dalam festival. • Artists are subject to change or withdrawal. In the event of such change or withdrawal, refunds will not be given. Jika ada perubahan schedule pada rundown artis tiket tidak di refund. • Sindhen can accept no responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered by you or your guests (unless caused by our negligence), nor for any damage to or loss of your possessions, whilst attending (or travelling to or from) events. Including being removed from the premise because of behaving disorderly (in which no refunds will be given) Pihak sindhen tidak bisa bertanggung jawab atas kematian, injury, ataupun penyakit yang menimpa anda ataupun tamu anda (kecuali terjadi atas kesalahan dari pihak sindhen), ataupun kerusakan yang terjadi pada barang anda pada saat berada di dalam area festival. Termasuk jika anda dikeluarkan dari area festival karena tindakan anda kurang senonoh dimana anda tidak akan diberikan refund. • Any outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited inside the event. We accept : KTP / SIM / STUDENT ID / PASSPORT Anda harus berusia 18 tahun atau lebih untuk memasuki area festival dan berusia 21 tahun atau lebih untuk membeli/ mengkonsumsi minuman alkohol di dalam area festival. Kami meminta agar anda membawa identifikasi untuk ditunjukkan kepada staff kami pada saat memasuki festival. WRISTBAND POLICY KEBIJAKAN WRISTBAND You must wear a properly secured wristband at all time whilst at the festival. If you are caught without a wristband, you will be escorted off the festival grounds and to the authorities at any time. Anda harus memakai wristband tiket selama berada di dalam festival. Jika anda terlihat tidak mengenakan wristband, anda akan diantar keluar dari area festival. ORDERING TICKETS PEMESANAN TIKET You are responsible for making all the arrangements necessary to use the App and Website. Your login and password details must be kept confidential. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk membuat semua pengaturan yang diperlukan untuk menggunakan Aplikasi dan Situs Web kami. Detil Login dan password Anda harus dijaga kerahasiaannya. When you place an order for tickets through the website, you are offering to buy the tickets specified in your order. All tickets are subject to availability and orders are subject to acceptance by Sindhen. Where Sindhen accepts an order, it will confirm your purchase through your notifications in the profile section of the Sindhen app and by email, sent to your Sindhen registered e-mail address. Ketika Anda memesan tiket melalui website, Anda membeli tiket yang ditentukan dalam pesanan Anda. Semua tiket tergantung pada ketersediaan dan tunduk penerimaan oleh Sindhen. Dimana bila Sindhen menerima pemesanan, maka akan mengkonfirmasi pembelian Anda melalui notifikasi pada bagian profil dari aplikasi Sindhen dan melalui email, dikirim ke alamat e-mail Anda yang terdaftar dengan Sindhen.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned except in the circumstances set out in section 4 (“Refunds”) below. In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. DUREN TIGA RAYA NO.27 WARUNG BUNCIT JAKARTA SELATAN 22 AGUSTUS 2017 | 11:00 AM – 9 PM If You Exchange It For Yourself, You Must Bring: - Screenshot E-Voucher / Kode Booking - ID That You Used When You Purchased The Tickets Or Id That Matches With Name Written In The E-Voucher (National Identification Card (Ktp)/Driving License/Passport/Student Id). - Credit Card That You Used To Purchase The Tickets (Online Purchase Using Credit Cards). - If You Used Someone Else’s Credit Card, You Only Need To Bring A Copy Of The Credit Card Holder’s Id (National Identification Card (Ktp)/Driving License/Passport/Student Id) And A Copy Of The Credit Card. Jika anda menukar tiket anda sendiri, anda harus membawa: -Screenshot E-Voucher / Kode Booking -ID yang anda pakai pada saat membayar tiket atau ID dengan nama yang sama tertulis pada E-Voucher (KTP, SIM, Student ID, atau passport) -Credit Card yang anda pakai untuk membayar tiket – (jika pembayaran dilakukan dengan credit card) Jika anda memakai Credit Card orang lain, anda hanya perlu membawa copy pemegang Credit Card, & copy Credit Card tersebut You Can Exchange E-Voucher On Behalf Of Someone Else. If You Are Representing Someone Else, You Must Bring: - Printed E-Voucher. - Copy Of The ID That The Person You Are Representing Used When They Purchased The Tickets Or Id That Matches With The Name Written On The E-Voucher (National Identification Card (Ktp)/Driving License/Passport/Student Id). LOST TICKETS TIKET YANG HILANG No refunds will be given in respect of lost or stolen tickets, after you have received them, and we will not be able to issue duplicate tickets to replace them. Tidak ada pengembalian uang yang dapat diberikan sehubungan tiket hilang atau dicuri setelah Anda menerimanya, dan kami tidak akan mampu mengeluarkan duplikat tiket untuk menggantikan mereka. ADMISSIONS TO EVENTS MASUK KE TEMPAT ACARA You will not be entitled to a refund if you or your guests are refused entry or ejected from a venue due to your late arrival, unable to provide valid identification showing proof of age, or because you have broken the rules of the venue (e.g. declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings). You and your guests are responsible for your own safety and for the security of your belongings whilst attending (and travelling to and from) events. REFUNDS PENGEMBALIAN DANA Refunds due to problems caused by Sindhen Pengembalian karena kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh Sindhen You will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged, in the following circumstances: Anda akan berhak untuk pengembalian dana penuh , termasuk biaya pemesanan yang dikenakan , dalam situasi berikut: If Sindhen fails to deliver the tickets you ordered, or to arrange for them to be collected at the venue, whether because we have not received them from the event organiser or otherwise; Jika Sindhen gagal mengirimkan tiket yang Anda pesan, atau gagal untuk mengatur pengambilan di tempat acara, yang dikarenakan kami belum menerima tiket dari event organizer;
if Sindhen sends your order to the wrong address (i.e. an address other than the address you gave when placing your order) and cannot provide replacement tickets; jika Sindhen mengirimkan pesanan Anda ke alamat yang salah (Misal, alamat selain alamat yang Anda berikan saat menempatkan pesanan Anda) dan tidak dapat memberikan tiket pengganti. If Sindhen sends you the wrong tickets (i.e. not the tickets you ordered, e.g. wrong event / type of tickets) or refunds due to problems with the event Jika Sindhen mengirim tiket yang salah ( yaitu tidak tiket Anda pesan, misalnya acara yang beda / salah jenis tiket) atau pengembalian uang karena masalah dengan acara. Otherwise, you will only be entitled to a refund if: The event is cancelled; The event is moved to another date; Details of the event are significantly changed after you purchase your tickets, e.g. a change of headline act, venue or show time (if more than three hours before or after the advertised time). Secara lain, Anda hanya akan berhak untuk pengembalian dana jika : Acara dibatalkan; Acara tersebut akan dipindahkan ke tanggal lain; Rincian acara secara signifikan berubah setelah Anda membeli tiket, misalnya perubahan talent utama, tempat atau waktu pertunjukan (jika lebih dari tiga jam sebelum atau setelah waktu yang tertera). In these circumstances, Sindhen will only refund the face value of the ticket. Any booking fee will not be refundable. Sindhen will do our best to contact you either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) to advise you to return your tickets. Dalam keadaan ini, Sindhen hanya akan mengembalikan nilai nominal tiket. Biaya pemesanan tidak dapat dikembalikan. ACCOUNTS REKENING To register an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You will promptly inform us of any changes to such information (you can do this by editing your account information at any time or by contacting us by email or telephone). We reserve the right to modify, change, substitute or withdraw any Venues, Events, Deals, Collections or other information on our App and Website. You agree that your use of the App and Website is on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and at your own risk. Kami dapat merubah format dan isi dari Aplikasi dan Website dari waktu ke waktu. Sindhen cannot guarantee the uninterrupted, continuous or error-free operability of the App and Website. There may be times where certain features, content, or the entire App and Website become unavailable (either scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are suspended, modified or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension or withdrawal of the App and Website, or any features, parts or content of the App and Website. Sindhen tidak dapat menjamin operasional yang bebas gangguan secara konstan atau kebebasan error secara konstan dari Aplikasi dan Situs Web. Mungkin ada saat di mana fitur tertentu, konten, atau seluruh App dan Situs menjadi tidak tersedia (baik terjadwal atau secara terjadwal) atau ditangguhkan, diubah atau ditarik oleh kami, yang kami kehendaki dan tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda.
