Hogyan zajlanak a workshop-ok? A kézműves foglalkozások kivételével a workshop-ok egymásra épülnek, ezért lehetőleg olyanok jelentkezzenek, akik mind a 4 alkalomra, illetve a fesztiválra is el tudnak jönni. Hányan lesznek a workshopok-on? Kb. 10-15 fő/workshop. A résztvevők fele ázsiai, a fele magyar lesz. Mennyibe kerül a részvétel? A workshop-ok mindenki számára ingyenesek. Ösztöndíj/tiszteletdíj? Az ázsiai résztvevők számára bruttó 15 000 forint kisértékő készpénzes ösztönzőt tudunk fzetni workshop alkalmanként és bruttó 25 000 forintot a fesztiválon való közreműködésért. A vidéken élő ázsiaiaknak ki tudjuk fzetni az utazás költségeit a workshop-okra (busz, vonat). A magyar résztvevőknek ösztöndíjat nem, csak a fesztiválon való közreműködéséért tudunk fzetni bruttó 25 000 forint tiszteletdíjat. Hogyan lehet jelentkezni? What is this project about? Our organization sets up cultural and folk art workshops. We want to represent the Hungarian and Asian cultures showing their similarities and diversities. The project has two aims: to introduce the rich and colorful Asian cultures to the Hungarians and to represent the Hungarian traditions to the Asian citizens living in Hungary. A big cultural festival will be a part of the project in the autumn of 2013. Why should you come? Because you can meet and get acquainted with exciting people and foreign cultures; and you can show your own cultural heritage and traditions. Who are we waiting for? Hungarian and Asian citizens who have reached the age of 16. No special qualifcation is needed for the participation on the workshops, but any interest or some previous knowledge in the themes is an advantage. We wait frst of all not professional artists and performers but enthusiastic amateurs, who are opened for other cultures. How do the workshops take place? First, the Asian participants introduce shortly their own culture and folk art for the others. It can be done in a form of performances, showing online videos or presenting photos. Thereafter the Hungarian participants introduce shortly their culture as well, and then they create together artworks or a performance under the direction of the workshop leaders. These artworks/performances will unify all cultural characteristics of the participated nations in a creative and playful way. The completed artworks and performances will be shown on the cultural festival in the autumn of 2013. The workshops - except of the handicraft workshops – are built on each other. For this reason the participants have to participate in all 4 occasions and on the festival as well. Which legal criteria have to meet the Asian citizens? Target groups of the European Integration Fund: those citizens of the third countries can apply for the programmes, who have more than 3 months long right of abode and legally locate in Hungary, included the legal immigrants, and except the persons who are under the scope of the law of right of asylum. Every country that is not a member of the EU is a third country. The participants cannot have dual citizenship, or cannot be such a person who gave up his/her citizenship and they have become Hungarian citizens already. The target groups of the project by countries: China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South-Korea, Thailand, Vietnam. How many people will take part on the workshops? About 10-15 people/workshop. The half of the participants will be Asian the other half is Hungarian. How much does it cost the participation? The workshops are free for everybody. Scholarship/fees? : For the Asian citizens we can pay 15 000 HUF scholarship per workshop-occasion and 25 000 HUF for the festival participation. For the Asians who live in countryside, we can pay the travel costs (bus, train). For the Hungarian citizens, we can pay 25 000 HUF fee for the festival participation.
