Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb. Sebelumnya saya haturkan terima kasih kepada Bapak/ Ibu yang telah berpartisipasi dalam event 18th Career Days pada 29-30 Agustus 2015 lalu sehingga event tersebut berjalan lancar. Antusiasme jobseeker dan perusahaan dalam event tersebut sangatlah besar. Diikuti 59 perusahaan dari berbagai sektor industri dan lebih dari 32 ribu jobseeker hadir memadati event yang kami selenggarakan dua kali dalam satu tahun ini. Menginjak penghujung tahun 2015, kami berharap output kualitas lulusan juga turut meningkat, sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan. Untuk menjembatani hal tersebut, kami juga berupaya untuk turut menggawangi proses pengembangan diri para jobseeker untuk bisa meningkatkan softskill yang dimiliki dengan lebih baik. Hal ini berangkat dari permasalahan mahasiswa, freshgraduate dan perusahaan dalam hal indikator angka success rate dan turn over di tiga tahun pertama. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, kami menyadari bahwa perlu adanya penguatan konten dalam hal pengembangan manusia. Itulah salah satu alasan kami melakukan transformasi dari lembaga “Career Centre” menuju lembaga “People Development Centre” mulai akhir tahun 2015. Perubahan tersebut tentunya harus mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Maka dari itu, kami bermaksud mengajak Bapak/Ibu sekalian untuk bergabung bersama kami dan turut berpartisipasi dalam proses pengembangan manusia. Kami dengan bangga mengundang Perusahaan Bapak/Ibu untuk berkesempatan mendapatkan talent-talent terbaiknya melalui 19th Career Days UGM 2015 pada 27-28 Februari 2016. Terms and Conditions Of Registration The registration procedures for company which will participate in 19th Career Days UGM 2016 are as follow : 1. Send the registration form that has been filled through fax or email. The booth is considered to be booked when the registration form is confirmed to be accepted by the commitee. 2. Booking is considered to be canceled if the payment has not been done within one (1) weeks since the form is received . And the committee has the right to re-open the booth to be booked by other companies. 3. Booking reservation by phone only applies 2 x 24 hour. If the committee does not receive and confirm to accept the registration form that has been filled within that time, the reservation is considered to be canceled. And the committee has the right to re-open the booth to be booked by other companies. 4. Terms and Conditions of Registration cancellation: • Must be submitted in writing • Cancellations prior to January, 31st 2016, is charged 50% of the cost to be paid • Cancellations after February 14th, 2016, is charged 100% of the cost that must be paid • If cancellation made by the committee, then all expenses have been paid, refunded.
