How to manage Industrialization? o
Innovation of functionality connected to production technology.
How to feedback opportunities out of production technology? o
Technology culture of Innovation differs from Efficiency culture of Operations
How to bridge the culture gap? o
Development of cross competences through Management Development is a necessity
How to organise over several companies? o
Managing business risks needs significant gross margin.
How to balance risks over supply chain? o
Ownership functionality at OEM. System Supplier relationship connected through goodsflow, purchasing contracts at low margin.
How to manage the information from field backwards into the chain up to design?
