Uitgangspunten behandeling van MDS • Allogene stamceltransplantatie is nog steeds de enige potentieel curatieve behandeling • Aanbevolen wordt om een op het risico afgestemde behandeling te kiezen: – risicoscore (IPSS-R-score, Itzyksonscore) – kenmerken patiënt • leeftijd • fit, kwetsbaar of fragiel • kwaliteit van leven
