The FICTUP project A FICTUP projekt - http://fictup.inpl-nancy.fr - az Európai Unió Egész életen át tartó tanulás programjának támogatásával valósul meg. Célja: • információs-kommunikációs technológiákat (IKT) alkalmazó pedagógiai folyamatokat leíró innovatív képzési anyagok létrehozása; • tapasztalt és kezdő tanárok közötti szoros együttműködési, mentorálási folyamatok kipróbálása; • a tapasztalatok alapján ajánlások megfogalmazása tanárképző intézmények számára. . Elkészültek a FICTUP tréning anyagok, amelyek olyan konkrét tanítási folyamatokat mutatnak be, amelyekben informatikai eszközöket használtak. Ezek az innovatív tréning anyagok részletes leírást tartalmaznak, beleértve a tanítási folyamat témáját, céljait, produktumát, azokat a segédanyagokat és eszközöket, amelyeket a tanulók használtak (szoftver, feladatlapok stb.), a folyamat lépéseit, a tanár szerepét és a tanulók feladatait lépésenként. Minden tanítási tervhez kapcsolódik 3 rövid videó (kb. 2-3 percesek), amelyek a tanulási folyamat egyes aspektusait mutatják be, különös tekintettel az IKT-használatra. Ezt a komplex tréning anyagot egy az informatikai eszközök használatában jártas és egy kezdő tanár közösen alakította ki, azért, hogy mindenki számára érthető legyen. Mindegyik anyag megtalálható a következő címen: http://fictup.inpl-nancy.fr/index.php/Outcomes. 2010 júniusáig iskolai körülmények között tesztelték új, az IKT-eszközök tanórai használatában járatlan tanárok a saját helyzetükre adaptált tervet a kidolgozásban eredetileg is meghatározó szerepet játszó tapasztalt tanár mentori támogatásával. A mentorálási folyamatot, valamint a megvalósítást megfigyelték (filmre vették), kutatók elemezték és értékelték. A végső cél az, hogy ennek a kísérletnek a tapasztalatait felhasználva tovább lehessen fejleszteni az alkalmazott tréning módszert (ide tartozik a mentorálás módja, a pedagógiai segédanyagok használata stb.). Az így véglegessé váló továbbképzési módszer és segédanyag azután felajánlható a tanárképző, valamint a tanártovábbképző intézményeknek.
Az IKT pedagógiailag hasznos alkalmazását elősegítő mentorálás Szerzők: Minna Lakkala & Liisa Ilomäki, Helsinki Egyetem, Finnország Author: Brigitte Simmonot, UPV-Metz - Paul-Verlaine University Metz (France) A FICTUP projekt egyik legfontosabb célja, hogy egy olyan mentorálási modellt fejlesszen ki, amelyben egy IKT alkalmazásában gyakorlott tanár segíti az IKT használatában kevésbé jártas kollégáját. Ennek érdekében a szakértő tanár összeállít egy minta forgatókönyvet az IKT-nak a pedagógiai gyakorlatban történő alkalmazására. 1 FICTUP Newsletter no. 5 – June 2010
Annak érdekében, hogy a “szakértő” és a “járatlan” tanárok meg tudják szervezni a kölcsönös mentorálási folyamatot, konkrét modellt dolgoztunk ki a gyakorlat átadásának eljárásmódjára , amely tartalmazza egyrészt a gyakorlatlanabb tanárok egyéni feladatait, másrészt a közös mentorálási megbeszéléseket és tevékenységeket (ld. 1. ábra). A modell javarészben ajánlás: a FICTUP projekt egyik legérdekesebb elemeként azt vizsgáltuk, hogy a tanárok valójában hogyan hajtották végre a mentorálási tevékenységeket. Az alábbiakban két finn eset tapasztalatairól számolunk be. Figure 1: A FICTUP projekt gyakorlatátadási folyamatának javasolt szerkezete.
Mindkét finn esetben a mentor és a mentorált tanár egyszer találkozott egymással a tanórai alkalmazások előtt, az egyes órák között rövid megbeszéléseket folytattak, végül reflektáltak az egész folyamatra. Mindkét esetben a mentorok is részt vettek néhány órán, és jelenlétüket hasznosnak találták, különösen azokban az esetekben, amikor új IKT-eszközöket mutattak be a diákoknak. A két finn eset azt mutatta, hogy a tanároknak korábban nem volt tapasztalatuk bármilyen eljárás szigorú követésében, így amikor a közös mentorálási tevékenységeket végezték, a javasolt modellt saját képükre formálták. A tanárok számára az tűnt a legkényelmesebbnek, ha akkor szerveztek mentorálási megbeszéléseket vagy együttes tanítást, amikor a kezdő tanár azt fontosnak tartotta. A résztvevő tanárok ugyanakkor hangsúlyozták, hogy a mentorálási folyamat explicit modellje szisztematikus kereteket adott és irányt mutatott a mentorálási tevékenységeknek, bár a modellt nem követték nagyon szigorúan. A kezdő tanárok szerint egy ilyenfajta fejlesztési projektben való részvétel egyrészt pozitív nyomást gyakorolt rájuk, hogy kipróbáljanak valamit, amit enélkül nem tettek volna. Másrést olyan helyzetet is teremtett, amelyben a diákok tevékenységére nem voltak eléggé érzékenyek, mert a tanárok a mentorral megbeszélt tervet próbálták megvalósítani. A kezdő tanárok a gyakorlott tanároknak a technológiai kérdésekben és az egész tanórai projekt tervezésében és strukturálásában nyújtott segítségét ítélték a leghasznosabbnak. Fontos támogató elem volt az is, hogy a mentor ugyanabban az iskolában dolgozott, és így időben is rugalmasan tudott tanácsokat adni. Ezért könnyű volt az új kísérletet a mindennapi iskolai életbe integrálni, és szükség szerint konkrét, gyakorlati kérdésekben támogatást nyújtani. A kezdő tanárok említették, hogy hasznos lett volna, ha a mentor még gyakrabban jelen lett volna az órákon és azonnali visszajelzéseket adott volna, de azt is elismerték, hogy ez anyagi források kérdése. Az egyik finn esetben a mentortanár 5. osztályos diákjai a kezdő tanár 2. osztályos diákjainak a munkáját ellenőrizték. A kezdő tanár ezt a fajta együttműködést nagyon sikeresnek látta, és szeretné, ha ezt a gyakorlatot a következő tanévben is folytatni lehetne. A kezdő tanárok lényegesnek ítélték, hogy a mentorok könnyen elérhetők legyenek, elég teret adjanak saját öteletek kipróbálásra, ugyanakkor mutassanak aktivitást visszajelzések és javaslatok adásában és saját tapasztalataik és jó gyakorlatuk megosztásában.

Kísérletezés a FICTUP modellel Olaszországban: Az interaktív tábla esete Szerzők: Prof. Maria Lucia Giovannini & Federica Pennisi, Bolognai Egyetem Pedagógiatudományi Kar, Alma Mater Studiorum, Olaszország A FICTUP projekt keretében a Bolognai Egyetem az Amitiével együtt két kísérletet korordinált és hajtott végre: az első a Moodle platform középiskolai alkalmazására összpontosított, tanítási tevékenységekhez nyújtva online támogatást, a másik az interaktív tábla általános iskolai használatára fókuszált a geometria tanítását segítendő. Az alábbi írás az interaktív táblát alkalmazó kísérletet és a legfőbb eredményeket ismerteti röviden. Mindkét eset anyaga hozzáférhető a FICTUP projekt weboldalán. Interaktív táblával folytatott kísérlet A kísérletben az olaszországi, bolognai G. Falcone di Funo di Argelato általános iskola 3.B osztályos tanulói és két tanára vett részt (gyakorlott és kezdő). Az interaktív táblával folytatott kísérlet a “sokszög” fogalmának megismertetésével foglalkozott, a “a határ” és a “terület” fogalmának megtanításával indítva. A kísérlet két hónapig tartott, hetente kétszer két órában. A heti két óra egy osztálytermi órából (a fogalmak bevezetése és magyarázata) és egy laboratóriumi órából állt (gyakorlati feladatok végrehajtása interaktív tábla és számítógép alkalmazásával). A laboratóriumi órákon elsajátított tudás megszilárdításának elősegítésére a tanulók játékos egyéni feladatokat kaptak, amelyeket számítógép segítségével kellett megoldaniuk. Ezenkívül, minden tanuló megkapta azt a kis könyvecskét, amely az osztálytermi, illetve a laboratóriumi órákon használt anyagokat és megoldott feladatokat tartalmazta. A két tanár (a gyakorlott és a kezdő) többször folytatott megbeszéléseket az órák előtt, alatt és után. A tanárok egy-egy visszajelző kérdőívet töltöttek ki a kísérlet elején és végén. Az egyes órák előtt és után a “kezdő” tanárt meginterjúvolták. Valamennyi órát megfigyelték és hat órát (három osztálytermi és három laboratóriumi órát) videóra is vettek – ezeken az órákon a tanár és a tanulók is használták az interaktív táblát. A legfőbb eredmények Mindkét tanár az órák tervezését tartotta kulcsfontosságú elemnek (valamennyi óra esetében ez a tartalom és a tevékenységek meghatározását és a “hagyományos” módon és az interaktív tábla segítségével megoldandó feladatok szétválasztását jelentette). Ezenkívül a két tanár közötti dialógust, kommunikációt és összehasonlítást látták fontos eredménynek az anyagok tervezésére, az eszköz konkrét tanórai alkalmazására és a problémák és váratlan helyzetek megoldására vonatkozóan. Ebben az összefüggésben különösen hatékonynak tartották az egy mentor egy mentorált tanár modellt, bár mindketten úgy gondolják, hogy nem kísérleti kontextusban ez valószínűleg kevéssé megvalósítható, mert gazdasági szempontból nagyon költséges. A “szakértő”, gyakorlott tanár azt is hangsúlyozta, hogy fontos a kezdő tanár egyéni felkészítése oly módon, hogy végigveszik az előre elkészített anyagokat. A kísérlet végén a kezdő tanárral készített interjúból egyértelműen az derül ki, hogy rendkívül elégedett volt az egész kísérlettel, egyrészt a mentorálási folyamattal, az ahhoz kapcsolódó személyes és szakmai fejlődéssel, másrészt a gyerekek aktív tanórai részvételével. A kezdő tanár különösen hangsúlyozta a tartalmak tanításának nagyobb hatékonyságát, mert az interaktív tábla lehetővé teszi, hogy egy hiba jobban látható legyen, a diákok nagyobb mértékben vegyenek részt és könnyebben legyőzzenek bizonyos nehézségeket, amelyek egyes diákok gyengébb manuális készségeiből adódnak. A kezdő tanár szeretné, ha a következő tanévben is folytathatná az interaktív tábla alkalmazásával kapcsolatos kísérletet. Némi kétség merült fel azzal kapcsolatban, hogy képes lesz-e önállóan használni az interaktív táblának azokat a funkcióit, amelyek számára újak. Általánosságban szólva a végleges adatok azt mutatják, hogy mindkét tanár elégedett nemcsak azokkal az eredményekkel, amelyek a tanítási anyag átadásának sikerességét jelzik, hanem elsősorban a mentorálási módszer sajátosságaival, mert az nemcsak a mentor tanár, hanem a kezdő tanár kompetenciáit is feltárta, és ezáltal érzelmileg fokozta a hatékonyság érzetét és az új technológiák használatával való megismerkedés örömét.
