BATLS – Battlefield Advanced Trauma Life Support BARTS – Battlefield Advanced Resuscitation Techniques and skills • Cílem je zajistit minimální standard ošetření a zachování života a záchraně končetin na všech úrovních na bojišti • Filozofie je poskytnou společné vybavení, jazyk a návod na úrovni všech zdravotnických etap tak, aby zraněný voják nezemřel do té doby než je předán do péče chirurga k definitivnímu ošetření
Třídění (Triage) • Systém třídění v případě hromadných ztrát založený na stavu nemocného • Umožňuje určit, jakou akutní péči zraněný vyžaduje.
Priority třídění • P1 (T1) okamžitá léčba – Obstrukce dých. cest, krvácení, amputace
• P2 (T2) Odložitelná léčba – Zlomeniny, vykloubení, popáleniny do 30% těla
• P3 (T3) Minimální léčba – Drobné rány, jednoduché zlomeniny
• P1 Hold (T4) podpůrná léčba – Velmi vážné zranění s minimální šanci na přežití
